Sending with User Tasks

In chapter 1 and 2, we saw how we can send emails via SendGrid Templates from a RAPID Workflow. In those chapters we configured a SEND TASK in the workflow.

However, the same can be done via a USER TASK as well.

This can help reduce an extra step in the workflow.

We shall use the knowledge from our previous chapters and we will not go through each and every option in detail here.
